Before your first onboarding call, take a moment to find the Google account you use for your practice. Your ClinicMonk™ specialist will help you with the connection on Call 1!

Have these two things ready

• Your Google email address and a way to sign in. Try signing in before the call so you know you can access the account.

• Your phone nearby in case Google asks you to verify your sign-in.

Which Google account should I use?

Use the Google account that has access to your practice’s Google Analytics. If you run Google Ads, have access to that account ready too. These may use the same Google sign-in.

If your website or Google Ads company manages this for you, ask them which Google email has access. If needed, ask them to invite your own Google email to the existing account before your call.

You do not need to connect everything yourself

We’ll help you check the right account and connect Google during Call 1. If you’re unsure which sign-in to use, bring what you have and we’ll help you work out the next step. Please keep your password and verification codes private and enter them yourself.

Already connected?

There’s no need to disconnect or reconnect anything before your call. Your specialist can check the existing connection with you. The separate lesson “Check Your Google Analytics Connection in ClinicMonk™” is there if you need help checking your connection later.

That’s it! Have your Google sign-in ready and your phone nearby, and we’ll walk you through the rest.
