Click View Template and then select Open in Editor to create an editable copy of the template in your Canva account.

Update the document title at the top of the editor screen to match your lead magnet's title so it is easy to search for later.

Click on any text box, highlight the placeholder copy, delete it, and type in your content.

Customize the font, font size, and text color using the top editing menu. You can select colors and fonts saved directly in your Canva Brand Kit.

Select any background or graphic element that displays default colors.

Replace these colors across the document with your brand's color palette.

Select and delete the top placeholder logo.

Go to the Uploads tab, upload your clinic logo, and drag it onto the page.

Resize the logo using the corner handles and position it in the center.

Scroll down to the bottom of the document, delete the placeholder logo located beneath the consultation Call-to-Action (CTA), and insert your logo.

Click on any image within the document that you want to swap.

Search Canva's library for free or premium stock photos, or upload your own images.

Drag your chosen image directly over the existing image element to replace it.

Select the CTA text (such as "Book your free consult call").

Click the three dots (...) menu icon on the toolbar and choose the Link option.

Copy and paste the URL to your consultation or strategy call booking page so readers can click directly to schedule.
