Make sure people can book a consult when your intake coordinator is available.
1. Open the right calendar
Go to Settings → Calendars → Meetings. Click the pencil beside the consult calendar connected to your website.
Open Availability, then click your intake coordinator’s name under Booking availability.
2. Choose which hours to change
Click Edit. Choose Customize schedule for this calendar only if you only want to change consult hours.
Edit this schedule updates every calendar using that schedule. Check the “Updates made here will apply to” message before saving.
3. Set your weekly hours
Under Weekly hours, check the days you take consults and enter the start and end times. Uncheck a day to make it unavailable.
Check the Timezone before entering your hours. For a lunch break, use the + beside a day to add a second block. For example, 9 a.m.–noon and 1–5 p.m. leaves noon–1 p.m. free.

4. Set different hours for a particular day
For a holiday or a different workday, open Date-specific hours and choose Add date specific hours. Select the date and set its available hours or mark it unavailable. These hours replace your usual hours for that date.
5. Save and check
Click Save in the schedule panel, then Save changes in the calendar editor. Open your booking page and check the dates you changed. Check the time zone shown on that page too.
Changing availability doesn’t cancel existing appointments. Review any calls already booked during time you now need off.
If a time is still missing, check for a Busy event in your connected calendar. Appointment length and buffer time can also affect which slots appear.
