Getting unwanted calls? Contact [email protected]. Our team can help you choose the right setup for your practice.
Add a simple phone menu
Use this menu: “Press 1 for new inquiries. Press 2 if you are an existing client.”
The phone tree also keeps your lead pipeline focused on new inquiries. Press 1 follows the new-inquiry path; press 2 follows the existing-client path so existing-client calls do not create new leads.
Many automated spam calls cannot respond correctly to a keypad prompt, so this can stop them from reaching your team. Some spam callers can still get through.
Identify suspicious calls
Optional spam detection can label unfamiliar incoming U.S. numbers as “Spam Likely.” This is a warning, not an automatic block. Usage charges apply.
Block repeat spam callers
If the same number keeps calling, ask Support to help block its incoming calls. Review suspected spam carefully so genuine clients can still reach you.
Keep the experience simple
Keep your menu short and include a voicemail option. The phone tree is standard, but if your phone system already separates new and current clients, our team can turn it off after testing. After setup, test both menu choices and what happens when someone makes no selection.
These tools can reduce unwanted calls, but cannot eliminate every spam call.
