There’s no separate monthly email fee. You pay for the emails you use, separately from your ClinicMonk™ subscription. All prices below are in USD.
Email rate
Email costs 0.14 cents per billable email ($0.0014). Sending fewer emails keeps your usage costs down.
What counts toward usage?
Sent, received and forwarded emails can count toward usage, including messages where your clinic is copied in using CC or BCC. You may see an email charge even when you did not personally write or send the message.
How you pay
Email and phone charges come from the same ClinicMonk™ wallet. Your card recharges the wallet when the balance gets low. This adds credit to use; it is not another service fee.
